Currency & Exchange Rates

Catalog pricing is available in Canadian funds. An U.S. dollar version will be available in the fall of 2005. For international currency exchange rates, please visit an online currency converter.

Minimum Order

Initial Order to open an account: $150.00 Canadian Funds. There is a $ 15.00 surcharge on initial orders which do not meet this minimum. (We will not fill any initial order below $100.00)

Subsequent Orders: $100.00. There is a $ 15.00 surcharge on restock orders which do not meet this minimum. (We will not fill any restock order below $50.00)

Payment Conditions

Canadian Customers:. C.O.D., prepaid Visa or Mastercard, prepaid Paypal. Net 30 C.O.D. can only be provided to long-standing customers.

American & International Customers: prepaid Visa or Mastercard, prepaid Paypal. Unfortunately we can not provide net 30 terms to international orders.

Orders can also be prepaid by international money order.

Print Catalogs

Print Catalog. In order to keep our prices as low as possible we do not offer a print catalog. We do offer a catalog for download in Adobe Acrobat (available for free) format, however it is not as comprehensive as our online store and prices are subject to change. Returns & Damaged Good

All damaged goods must be claimed within 72 hours of receipt of order. Original packaging materials must be saved for insurance claims.

We do not accept returns for overstock goods. If you are displeased with the quality of the product, you have 7 business days to contact us for credit. Shipping costs for returns are the customers's responsibility, and any goods received back at our warehouse in damaged conditions will be not credited.

There is a 15% restocking fee on refused orders.

We ship by CanPar to all Canadian customers. Delivery times vary from one to five business days.

• American Customers

By U.P.S. or Post. We are not responsible for brokerage charges or arranging for customs clearing.

• International Orders

International Post. Contact us for pricing of ground and air transport. We are not responsible for brokerage charges or arranging for customs clearing.
